Year 2 SATS

  This week, Year 2 have been taking their SATS tests. We have been so impressed with their hard work and determination and want to say WELL DONE to all Year 2 pupils!  

Computing and E-Safety Parent Workshop

Starting 22nd June for 3    consecutive Mondays       9.15-11.15am. A course aimed at developing parent awareness on E-Safety, Cyber Bullying, setting up privacy settings and how to search the internet effectively. Please let Parul know if you would like to sign up.  

General Election

Rowan Tree have been learning about the General Election. Each group had to present a speech about their party and why they should be elected as Prime Minister. They even had  ballot papers to mark their votes!  

PSHE Parent Workshop 11th June 9-10.45am

As part of our school’s personal, social, health education (PSHE) curriculum we will be teaching  lessons this term for Years 2, 5 and 6 about SRE. Year 2 will learn about the similarities and differences between boys and girls (male and female), life-cycles, families and that everybody needs…

PTA Cake Sale

Next Friday we will be holding a cake sale after school. Please donate cakes and biscuits for us to sell. Money raised will be used in buying ice-cream, drinks and food for the Summer Fair.  

Attendance and Punctuality

Well done to Maple class who achieved 99.3% and Rowan and Ash class who achieved 99.2% attendance this week. Well done to Ash and Cedar class who have achieved only 1 late this week.
